I've been meaning to call you for months! I ...Sam!! I've been meaning to call you for months! I have such a guilty conscience about that ... We must really talk or get together soon! Hope you're ok? BTW, I'm totally into Alias again now that Pro7 is airing season 3. Seasons 4 & 5 will follow without interruption, yay!
See ya!Bilingual Blah Girlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00349305603748940897noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18222232.post-30563483377806425652007-08-10T09:43:00.000+02:002007-08-10T09:43:00.000+02:00Hey *waves*. I went straight from the most busy weekend at work to her house and started clearing things out. Anyway, just wanted to drop a quick hello and sorry I haven't done so in aaaages *hidesunderrock* ;)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18222232.post-4433442737600566082007-08-03T13:51:00.000+02:002007-08-03T13:51:00.000+02:00No, the insurance doesn't cover anything, unfortun...No, the insurance doesn't cover anything, unfortunately. My mom's washing machine didn't survive the water either, and it was only about 6 months old. 2 freezers are kaputt as well.

We threw everything out after the flood(or packed the stuff that was still dry into boxes which means the first floor now looks like my parents just moved in) and as I said, there is equipment there now that blows the water out of the walls or something like that. Makes a lot of noise, my parents tell me.

Anyway, thanks for your concern!Bilingual Blah Girlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00349305603748940897noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18222232.post-55758410379364769482007-07-31T21:34:00.000+02:002007-07-31T21:34:00.000+02:00Uuh, that`s bad. Once my parents cellar was flooded like 10cm or so, and there was massive damage (the washing machine didn't like the water... ooh, the irony).
Still, I can just barely imagine how bad it was. One meter of water! Hell, that's a freaking swimming pool!!
Hope everything will be ok again at your parents (oh, and your sisters, I just read) again.
Greetings from the (dry) west.Thommyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07772335934558749897noreply@blogger.com
