Jen, you simply have to take a screenshot and save that. I do it by pressing the print button (next to F12 on my keyboard), then open Microsoft Paint, press CTRL+V (or click on the paste button or whatever) and the screenshot appears. I then cut out the part of the pic I want to keep, copy and paste that into a different imaging software (I use Irfanview) and save it as a jpeg-file.
I'm sure there are other ways to do it, but that's how it works for me. I hope you understood my attempt at explaining how to do it ...
